Great post Celine. I couldn't agree with you more that sometimes we look for the "quick fix" when trying to slow or reverse the natural signs of aging and that may not be the best answer in the long run.
I'd like to add that one of the best "natural" remedies to aging is exercise , resistance exercise in particular.
Aging involves a gradual loss of body muscle mass, the muscles that control quick movement and coordination are the first to grow weaker. This can lead to slooped posture, slower gait and clumsiness but believe it or not it also contributes to sagging facial appearance.
A fitness routine that includes resistance or weight training as well as cardio reduces this loss of muscle mass and helps us maintain our youthful appearance much longer.
I know a lot of us do our cardio to keep the heart in shape but it's essential to get some resistance in too!
